power shower easy parking closed restaurant limited buffet

the room was quite spacious i found the power shower to be particularly effective. parking was easy to access and conveniently located near the entrance.

the restaurant was closed and i received no prior notification of this i found the breakfast buffet to be quite limited with few options.

The room was quite spacious, including a refrigerator. The microwave and coffee and tea maker were very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially the bartender!).

The restaurant was closed. I was not informed about this until I arrived at the hotel (this was inconvenient). There was no elevator.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated their assistance with local directions. The location allowed for an easy walk to the town center. The traditional Scottish breakfast offered good choices. The dining experience was satisfactory. everything was great!

The blinds in the room did not fully cover the windows. This reduced privacy. People from outside could see into the room, not ideal.

the room was very large and well appointed. the staff assisted me with my medical needs. it was very helpful.

the hotel lacks personal attention. i only saw one person who gave support for check-in in a rather cold manner.
